The Kirschblüten Radklassik is a cycling tour without timing.

    The organizer is not liable for any events or accidents before, during or after the event.

    The routes are not closed, the road traffic regulations must be observed.

    The participant himself is responsible for the roadworthiness of his bicycle.

    The participant is responsible for his own liability insurance.

    In case of cancellation of the touristic trip or shortening of the routes due to force majeure or other circumstances, there is no claim for reimbursement of the participation fee.

    With the registration I accept the invitation and the exclusion of liability of the organizer for damages of any kind. I will not assert any claims against the organizer or the sponsors of the touristic trip and their representatives for damages and injuries of any kind that may arise from my participation. I declare that I have trained sufficiently for participation in this competition and that I am physically healthy.
